缺
1、(形声。从缶(fǒu),夬(guài)声。缶,瓦器。“夬”也有表意作用。水缺为“决”,玉缺为“玦”,器缺为“缺”,都有破损之意。本义:器具破损) 同本义。引申为缺漏而不完整。
